Our Concord team brings those two sides together through in-person promotional campaigns that help nationally recognized wireless companies increase brand visibility, connect with new audiences, and turn customer interest into measurable results. The Sales and Marketing Associate works at community events and promotional pop-ups throughout the greater Concord area, helping customers discover wireless products, services, and current offers. You'll see firsthand how brand messaging creates curiosity, how different audiences respond to a promotion, and how those interactions develop into sales and enrollment. Responsibilities of the Sales and Marketing Associate Learn current wireless campaigns and understand the brand message, audience, and goals behind each promotion. Help create an engaging presence at event locations that encourages people to stop, ask questions, and learn more. Introduce products and offers in ways that connect the brand to what individual customers actually care about. Pay attention to which messages, demonstrations, and conversations generate the strongest customer response. Turn promotional interest into sales opportunities by helping customers compare options and complete enrollment. Share observations with other Sales and Marketing Associate team members to help strengthen future brand campaigns. Qualifications of the Sales and Marketing Associate Interested in learning how marketing influences customer behavior rather than only seeing the finished advertisement. Comfortable approaching new people and finding natural ways to start a conversation. Curious about why one brand message connects with an audience while another might not. Able to listen, think on your feet, and change your approach depending on the person in front of you. Motivated by measurable results and interested in seeing how individual interactions contribute to a larger campaign.
