POSITION SUMMARY

Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Membership Sales and Marketing Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving membership growth and enhancing our brand presence. You will assist in program development and implementation, projects and activities designed to increase and retain membership in the club, and represent the club in its relationships with numerous external constituencies.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Takes initiative to enhance the flow of work duties, priorities, and new programs for the department. Create communication plans and development of strategies to enhance and promote the sale of memberships, the retention of memberships and the participation of members at club events. Manage and distribute all email blast communications and notifications to memberships. Develop lead generation programs and strategies. Maintain the database of members' files. Update and maintain Del Rio Country Club Website and Social Media Effort Ensure procedures for processing prospective members' applications are followed. Promote activities and events using all social outlets utilized by the Club. Process member registrations. Develop reports and undertake special projects as applicable if membership retention problems arise. Conduct Club tours for prospective members. Run survey systems to garner member opinions and feedback. Ensure that applications are properly filled out, initiation fees are collected and those new members understand the privileges and costs of becoming a member. Responsible for attending and taking photographs at occasional club events. Operate telephone switchboard, answer the telephone, transfer calls to proper extensions, take messages for members and staff. Maintain the appearance of your work area, staff break room and administrative office. Type correspondences, memos, articles and letters using correct grammatical and sentence structure, spelling and punctuation. Perform general office work such as word processing, filing, operating copy and fax machines, postage meter, and all other office related equipment necessary to perform the job. Attend staff meetings and trainings as scheduled. Respond to member comments in accordance with club standards, policies and instructions. Give ideas, feedback and suggestions to continuously improve the services provided to members Participate in the planning and implementing strategies to meet membership goals.
