Overview We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will provide customer service, assist customers, process sales and cash transactions, restock inventory, support guided tours, keep premises neat and clean, and make calls to other organizations to promote our peripheral services. Duties Greet customers. Maintain an organized and visually appealing premises, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed. Process transactions efficiently and accurately at the point of sale. Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Assist in cleaning facilities related to gift shop and museum. Process cash transactions and use of POS Make calls to other organizations to promote other services offered by our Mission, including retreat center and Parish Hall. Assist Marketing Director in launching and monitoring campaigns and understanding core market. Assist keeping premises and public restrooms clean. Other duties as assign. Requirements Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Familiarity with Google tools for research and product management is preferred. Knowledge of SEO principles Experience in copywriting for advertising sales or print advertising is advantageous. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Previous retail experience Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Bilingual in English, Spanish, French or Italian a plus. Excellent numerical skills
