Growth into Junior Marketing Specialist Dotworkz and HDrelay are seeking a creative, motivated Marketing Intern for a hands-on learning opportunity with the potential to grow into a full-time Junior Marketing Specialist position. We are looking for a recent college graduate or soon-to-be graduate who wants to gain practical experience in digital marketing, social media, graphic design, e-commerce, and business development while working with real-world technology products and services. The position offers direct exposure to marketing campaigns, new product launches, promotional programs, and trade shows. You will work alongside our sales, engineering, and management teams while learning how marketing supports business growth. Duties & Responsibilities Assist with social media content creation, posting, and campaign management. Create graphics, product images, videos, and promotional materials. Help maintain and improve company websites and online product listings. Support new product launches, announcements, and marketing campaigns. Assist with discount programs, special promotions, and email marketing. Help prepare graphics, displays, and marketing materials for trade shows. Learn SEO, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing tools. Assist with customer research, lead generation, and Zoho CRM activities. Explore AI-powered tools for content creation and marketing productivity. Work with team members to learn B2B product marketing and sales strategies. Qualifications Recent graduate or currently completing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field. Creative, organized, dependable, and eager to learn. Basic familiarity with social media and graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe. Good written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable using computers, digital platforms, and emerging AI tools. Interest in technology, digital marketing, and business development. Willingness to take initiative and learn new skills. Previous professional marketing experience is not required. We value curiosity, creativity, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. This is a learning position, not an internship limited to administrative tasks. You'll gain real experience creating marketing materials, supporting product launches, managing digital campaigns, and working directly with a U.S.-based technology manufacturer and its video services business. Our goal is to develop a talented new marketing professional who can grow with Dotworkz and HDrelay into a long-term Junior Marketing Specialist role.

Pay:

$24.25 - $26.21 per hour
