About Us Bushnell Motorsports Park is an outdoor karting facility in Bushnell, Florida — one of the most competitive rental kart tracks in the state. We run a packed event calendar, a traveling karting race series, and an energy drink brand. We are growing fast and our content needs to match. The Role We are looking for someone who is genuinely great at video — editing, storytelling, pacing, thumbnails, creating reels, and YouTube. This is the core of the job. You will be working with raw footage from race days, events, and track sessions and turning it into content people actually want to watch. That means Reels that stop the scroll, YouTube videos with a real story arc, and Shorts that pull the best moments out of longer content. What You'll Be Doing Editing Reels and short-form video for Instagram and TikTok — fast-paced, attention-grabbing, built for the platform Editing and uploading YouTube videos — long-form content (10+ minutes) with strong openings, good pacing, and real storytelling Creating Shorts/reels from existing long-form content Writing YouTube titles and descriptions optimized for search Designing thumbnails that are consistent, on-brand, and perform well Managing the upload and scheduling process on YouTube / Tik Tok / Instagram and Facebook What We're Looking For This is the job — you need to be great at these: Video editing — you have a real eye for pacing, cuts, and storytelling Reels and short-form editing — you know what performs and why YouTube — you understand how the platform works, not just how to upload to it Thumbnail design — you can make something that looks good and gets clicked Working independently with raw footage and turning it into finished content without much hand-holding Ability to create SEO optimized captions Big bonus if you also bring: Photography and photo editing skills Graphic design (Canva or Adobe) Social media management experience Drone or GoPro footage experience Any background in motorsports, racing, or action sports content We are looking for someone who is simply exceptional at the video and content side and takes complete ownership of that lane. Flexible part-time hours. Some on-site availability for events is a plus but not required for every shoot. To Apply Show us your work.
