Wednesday-Sunday | Monday & Tuesday Off Job Description We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly motivated Boutique Sales Associate to join our growing retail boutique specializing in fashion, jewelry, beauty, accessories, and home décor. Our ideal candidate is more than just a salesperson! We're looking for a creative, sales-driven, tech-savvy professional who takes initiative, thinks outside the box, and knows how to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You must genuinely enjoy working with people, have a passion for fashion and home décor, love getting dressed up, and know how to make every customer feel like a VIP. Professional, polished appearance and enthusiasm for fashion and personal style. Reliable, punctual, organized, and detail-oriented. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of responsibilities without constant supervision. Willingness to assist with special events, promotions, and occasional after-hours boutique events. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding, personalized customer service. Actively engage customers, recommend products, and drive sales through effective upselling. Operate Shopify POS and assist with inventory management. Maintain attractive merchandise displays and boutique presentation. Create engaging social media content using Canva. Photograph merchandise, promotions, and boutique events. Assist with marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns. Support inventory counts, receiving, restocking, and store organization. Assist with private shopping events and special promotions. Independently manage daily tasks while identifying opportunities to improve sales and the customer experience.

Work Schedule Monday & Tuesday:

Off Wednesday-Saturday:

9:00 AM - 6:00

PM Sunday:

11:00 AM - 5:00 PM Weekend availability is required. Occasional additional hours may be needed for special events.
