We work with e-commerce brands on positioning, websites, SEO, email, paid search, and content. I run the agency and I need someone sitting next to me who can take work off my plate and grow into more. This is a first or second job out of school. You will not be fetching coffee and you will not be siloed into one narrow task. You will touch real client work in your first week, and you will learn by doing it with someone who has done it a few hundred times. You get a desk in a real office in Aventura, not a hybrid setup where you sit alone on a laptop. What you'll actually do Write and edit copy: product pages, blog posts, email campaigns, social captions Build and schedule social content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest Pull marketing data into Excel and build clean, readable reports for clients Format and proof documents, proposals, and client decks in Word Load content into Shopify and WordPress Research competitors, keywords, and market trends Keep project timelines and client deliverables organized and on schedule Whatever else the week needs, because this is a small shop What we need from you You write clearly. Not fancy, clearly. Short sentences, no fluff, correct grammar. You are comfortable in

Excel:

sorting, filtering, pivot tables, basic formulas. If VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP means nothing to you, you'll need to learn it in week one. You know Word well enough to format a professional document without fighting it. You use social media natively and understand what performs on each platform. You follow directions and finish things. When you say a task is done, it is done. You ask questions when you're stuck instead of guessing for three hours. You can be in the Aventura office five days a week.
