As a growing local business, we are looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused team members who enjoy working independently and interacting with people. This is a unique opportunity to combine customer service, event operations, sales, and marketing while helping build a new brand in Southwest Florida. Compensation & Benefits $15.00 per hour Customer tips (typically adding an additional $5-$10+ per hour, depending on route and event activity) Commission opportunities: Earn $25 for each private event booking you help secure Opportunity to work the events you help book Flexible scheduling Hands-on experience in marketing, sales, events, and small business operations Potential for full-time employment as the company grows and based on individual performance Schedule 15-30 hours per week Flexible scheduling--most shifts will be in the afternoons and evenings Days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Additional hours may be available during peak event seasons Responsibilities As a Brand Ambassador & Marketing Assistant, you will often be the sole representative of Alsies while operating the truck. This role requires someone who is personable, responsible, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities include:

Driving the Alsies truck on neighborhood routes and to public and private events Serving customers and providing a positive, memorable experience Acting as the face of the brand in the community Promoting the Alsies mobile app and encouraging app downloads Distributing promotional materials and helping generate leads for private event bookings Running the Square POS system and handling cash transactions accurately Maintaining inventory, restocking products, and receiving deliveries as needed Assisting with marketing initiatives, including social media content creation and local marketing campaigns Washing and maintaining the cleanliness of the truck Helping organize and tidy storage and inventory areas Following all company safety and operational procedures Driving safely and responsibly at all times

Qualifications Required:

Valid driver's license Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable interacting with customers of all ages Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to lift and move inventory products and supplies

Preferred:

Prior customer service experience Prior sales experience Experience operating POS systems (especially Square) Experience in marketing, promotions, events, or brand ambassador roles Bilingual (English and Spanish) Experience driving larger vehicles, vans, or trucks
