Marketing Assistant Deafine Media is a brand building agency in Ocala. We help businesses grow through marketing, media, and systems, and we run our own production studio. We are hiring a Marketing Assistant to support our content and creative output and keep daily operations moving. This is a hands on role for someone who can shoot, edit, design, and stay organized while handling the day to day that keeps a studio running. What you will do

Shoot:

capture video and photo for clients and the agency, in studio and on location

Edit:

turn raw footage and photos into finished, on brand content

Design:

create branded graphics for social, ads, and marketing materials

Organize:

file and manage footage, assets, and project files so nothing gets lost Support operations: handle admin work including phone calls, scheduling, follow ups, and general coordination What you bring Experience or a strong eye across photo, video, and design Comfort with editing and design software (Adobe, Canva, CapCut, Figma, or similar) Organized and detail oriented, with a system for keeping work tidy A clear communicator who is professional on the phone and in person Able to move between creative work and admin without dropping either Reliable, takes initiative, and ready to work in person in Ocala Nice to have Agency or client work experience Familiarity with marketing or CRM tools Your own camera or editing setup How to apply Apply and send your work: a reel, a portfolio, or a few pieces you are proud of. Deafine Media Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
