Job Description We are a fun, passionate, and growing health care and sports injury practice looking for the part-time Admin and Marketing Assistant to join our team!

About Fearless Movement:

It is a non-traditional chiropractic, sports injury, and longevity clinic focused on helping active adults and athletes get back to doing what they love, long-term. We opened our practice in 2023 with zero patients and now see over 100 per month. This position is one of the most important in our practice. Unlike most medical offices, we take a lot of time to nurture and educate prospective patients/clients who inquire about our services. Many of our patients/leads have been let down before with other health care providers and are very skeptical when reaching out to us.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You have excellent organization and planning skills

• you know how to manage schedules and re-prioritize your time so that you can focus on key priorities
• without the need for micro-management We need someone who has A+ skills in tech, familiar with systems/data of social media and CRM (go
• high level) systems, AND experience with running meta/FB ads, bonus with google ads.

You follow through on commitments. You live up to verbal and written agreements without constant reminders You have the ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information You're proactive and resourceful. You bring new ideas to the company, do things without being told, and can quickly shift and course-correct when things don't go according to plan

• in a positive manner and without focusing on the negative You're coachable, love to learn, and have a fail-forward attitude.

You take constructive criticism well and enjoy getting regular feedback that will optimize your skills and performance. Someone who can work a flexible work schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

Keep prompt and accurate recording of all incoming leads on our tracking sheets and in CRM, also community partners and helping plan events Creating and posting content for social media Promptly check messages, social media, and emails. Return all calls and requests for information within 24-48 hours and deliver messages to appropriate personnel promptly and accurately. (after first contact with lead, I take it from there) Help navigate social media, obtain data analytics, and be able to edit posts/videos. Can help in web development.
