Job Description Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8-hour shift

In person We are looking for an organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant . This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, supporting different processes and projects across the team. We are looking for someone who is organized, a strong communicator, detail oriented, and eager to learn about different areas of marketing. Responsibilities Assist with researching and identifying relevant contacts and opportunities for the team. Help coordinate communication and follow-up with various external contacts. Organize and track documentation, agreements, and deliverables across different processes. Keep track of deadlines, pending items, and status updates for ongoing projects. Assist with organizing marketing materials and content. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas. Assist with reviewing and proofreading communications and materials. Support the marketing team with various projects and day-to-day tasks. Help maintain consistency in the brand's communication. Requirements Bilingual in Spanish and English is required , both written and verbal. Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow up on multiple processes/projects at the same time. Ability to learn quickly and take direction. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Schedule Monday-Friday 8-hour shift

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
