Bartending or serving Restaurant or hospitality Customer service Retail sales Brand ambassador or event marketing Canvassing Recent college graduates Any fast-paced, people-facing environment Position Overview As a Brand Representative, you'll represent one of the nation's leading telecommunications providers by helping customers learn about Frontier's wireless, internet, and connectivity solutions. You'll work directly with customers in residential communities and at community events, educating prospective customers, answering questions, and recommending services based on their individual needs. This is not a retail position. No previous telecommunications experience is required—we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed. Responsibilities Represent the Frontier brand professionally in residential communities and at promotional events Engage with prospective customers through face-to-face interactions Educate customers about Frontier's products, services, and current promotions Recommend wireless and internet solutions based on customer needs Complete customer enrollments and account activations Meet individual and team sales goals Build positive customer relationships through exceptional service Attend daily team meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities Maintain product knowledge and stay current on promotions Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Outgoing, confident, and professional demeanor Comfortable initiating conversations with new people Self-motivated with a competitive mindset Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation preferred Sales or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required Ideal Candidate We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people and are excited about building a long-term career.
