This position serves as a support role for the Marketing department with a primary focus on the customer loyalty program, professional gardeners, essential department reports, and sign production. This position requires a dynamic and motivated self-starter who is capable of working both independently and with a team. Summary Duties and Responsibilities Overview This position serves as a support role for the Marketing department with a primary focus on signage design, production and distribution, store and guest communications and essential department reports.

Responsibilities:

Produce in-store signage that require vendor management, printing, cutting, and laminating, and coordinating distribution. Keep sign shop office organized and supplies stocked. Manage the customer loyalty and Garden Professionals programs including customer service calls and account updates. Field all online inquiries and liaise among departments as needed to answer customer questions. Data entry, filing, information gathering, and other responsibilities as assigned. Preferred Skills Preferred Skills High school graduate or equivalent Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Strong typing and computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation Some office experience preferred You'll be successful in this role if You'll be successful in this role if: You enjoy a variety of assignments, some intellectual at-the-desk work and some hands-on active work, and can easily switch between the two Have a strong desire to learn and can use a variety of skills.
