This role works closely with the Marketing Director, Director of Innovation and Digital Solutions, agents, and internal teams to create professional, engaging visual content that supports new homes, resale listings, property management, commercial real estate, community events, and company initiatives. What You'll Do

• Design print and digital marketing materials, including flyers, social media graphics, email promotions, postcards, listing booklets, open house packets, business cards, and community digital packets.
• Create engaging content that supports community events, agent promotions, company initiatives, and client reviews.
• Coordinate event communications, promotional materials, and branding to help ensure a polished and consistent experience.
• Capture event photography and produce video content for internal and external marketing use.
• Assist agents with farming mailings, e-blasts, digital inventory posts, and other marketing requests.
• Support newsletters, new homes photos, 360 tours, and visual asset organization.
• Create realistic 2D models and renderings for promotional use.
• Review digital, physical, social media, and website content for brand consistency and compliance with company, franchise, legal, and ethical standards. What We're Looking For
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or a similar creative role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of video editing tools and 3D modeling software is a plus.
• Strong creativity and the ability to develop original advertising and promotional materials with minimal direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate professionally with agents, marketing staff, and internal teams.
• Familiarity with real estate marketing, social media content creation, or advertising compliance standards is preferred.
