Marketing & Recruitment Associate D1 Training Fox Valley | Part-TimeAbout the Position D1 Training Fox Valley is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and motivated Marketing & Recruitment Associate to help generate new leads and bring more people through our doors. D1 is an athletic-based fitness and sports performance facility serving youth and adults. Our mission is to help athletes and members improve themselves by providing an environment that motivates them to consistently reach their goals. This role is built for someone who wants real experience in marketing, sales, business development, and community outreach while working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Responsibilities Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and other communication. Book and confirm appointments, with a strong focus on maximizing appointment attendance and show rates. Generate new leads through events, tenting, partnerships, referrals, and community outreach. Identify and create new marketing opportunities for D1. Attend outside events and represent D1 within the community. Build relationships with local businesses, schools, sports teams, and organizations. Assist with marketing materials, promotions, and campaigns when needed. Work alongside our existing social media/marketing team when opportunities for collaboration arise. Keep lead information organized so the entire team can seamlessly follow up. What We're Looking For High-energy, positive, and enthusiastic personality Outgoing and comfortable meeting and talking to new people Competitive, self-motivated, and driven to improve Coachable and willing to learn Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Creative and persistent Reliable with strong follow-through Comfortable representing D1 in the community Previous sales, marketing, recruiting, customer service, or fitness experience preferred College students and young professionals encouraged to apply Schedule & Compensation Part-Time | Primarily In-Person Morning-afternoon hours with some Saturdays as needed for events and community outreach. $16-$18/hour + performance-based incentives Performance will be based on new leads generated, appointments that show, and marketing opportunities created.
