Job Description
Summary We are seeking a talented Social Media/Marketing Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media and marketing strategies that elevate our clients' missions and engage their audiences. This position is vital in helping nonprofits expand their reach and impact through effective online communication. Responsibilities Develop and implement social media strategies that align with client objectives. Create engaging content tailored for various social media platforms. Manage and schedule posts. Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to inquiries promptly. Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement. Collaborate with clients to ensure brand consistency across all platforms. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing. Make website updates. Requirements Proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in a nonprofit context. Strong skills in content creation, including writing and graphic design. Familiarity with social media management tools. Knowledge of SEO principles to enhance online visibility. Experience with video editing is a plus but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites. Excellent relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with clients.
