Energy is essential — but the way people understand, select and manage energy services continues to change. Our client is expanding its residential energy campaign throughout the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana market and is hiring an Energy Sales & Marketing Associate . This is a full-time, face-to-face position combining energy sales, promotional marketing, lead generation, account acquisition and brand representation . You'll work with consumers at established retail and promotional locations, creating awareness around available energy services and helping interested individuals understand their options. Previous energy experience is not required. Paid training is provided. What You'll Do You'll be trained to: Represent residential energy campaigns professionally Engage shoppers face-to-face at established retail locations Create awareness around available energy programs and services Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities Ask discovery questions to identify individual household needs Present relevant energy services and programs Explain pricing, benefits and enrollment options clearly Help individuals compare available options Support new account acquisition Guide qualified individuals through enrollment Support retail promotions and campaign activations Build relationships with retail partner teams Maintain current campaign and industry knowledge Track individual sales activity and performance Work toward individual and team goals Participate in ongoing sales, communication and leadership training Who We're Looking For We're hiring for communication, drive and potential — not years of industry experience.
