Job Summary Ninja Squad Gym is a small business with big ideas. We are seeking someone creative and consistent to put together repeatable social media campaigns to create organic social growth and to follow email campaign templates to maximize sales within our current audience reach. Must have a "designer's eye", able to construct high quality content that catches an audience and makes an impact. We TRAIN everything! If you have little experience with marketing in the real world but you are organized, detail-oriented, creative and a strong communicator then this would be a great fit! FULL TIME

for the right candidate! Salary and benefits available for full time employees. Duties Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media and email marketing. Film and edit Social Media material (IG and TikTok) that builds company culture and reach. Create schedules and campaigns based on short and long term company goals. Skills Great organization and calendaring a MUST. Attention to details and task follow through a MUST. Strong communication skills and ability to create mini-agendas and express ideas in meetings and with groups. Diligent email user. Knowledge of CANVA and IG/TikTok platforms for content creation.

Pay:
