Energy Sales & Marketing Associate Hammond, IN | Full-Time | W2 $600-$900 Per Week + Commission | Weekly Pay | Paid Training Build Sales Experience in an Industry Everyone Uses. Our client is expanding its residential energy campaign throughout Northwest Indiana and is hiring an Energy Sales & Marketing Associate in the Hammond market. This is a full-time opportunity combining sales, promotional marketing, lead generation, account acquisition and residential energy . You'll work inside established retail and promotional locations, engage people face-to-face, create awareness around available energy programs and help qualified individuals understand their options. Previous energy or sales experience is not required. Paid training is provided. What You'll Do Your day will be active and people-focused.

You'll:

Represent residential energy services professionally Support in-person sales and promotional marketing campaigns Engage shoppers and initiate conversations Generate qualified leads and sales opportunities Ask discovery questions to identify individual needs Present relevant energy services and programs Explain pricing, benefits and enrollment options Help interested individuals understand available choices Support new account acquisition Guide qualified individuals through enrollment Assist with retail promotions and campaign presentation Build relationships with retail partner teams Maintain current campaign and industry knowledge Track individual sales and marketing activity Work toward individual and team performance goals Participate in ongoing sales, marketing and leadership training Who We're Looking For You don't need years of industry experience. The position reports to our client's Merrillville office , so candidates must be comfortable commuting within Northwest Indiana. This position is not remote, work-from-home, door-to-door or call-center sales .
