Deals & Steals Discount Store - Glen Burnie, MD Part-Time | Daytime Schedule Deals & Steals Discount Store is looking for a creative, dependable, and organized Social Media & Marketing Associate to help grow our online presence and promote our constantly changing inventory. This is a hands-on marketing position focused primarily on social media, content creation, promotions, and customer engagement, with online sales and in-store responsibilities.
What You'll Do:
Manage and regularly update our Facebook and other social media pages Create engaging posts, photos, videos, and promotional content Develop content that highlights new merchandise, sales, and store events Help plan and execute weekly marketing campaigns and promotions Take quality photos and videos of products throughout the store Create simple graphics and marketing materials Monitor engagement and help identify what types of content perform best Respond to customer comments and messages professionally Help manage Facebook pre-claims and online sales Assist in-store on Saturdays and capture content during shopping hours We're Looking for
Someone Who Is:
Creative and naturally comfortable with social media Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and short-form video content Comfortable taking photos and videos and creating simple graphics Quick and confident using an iPhone and computer Able to come up with marketing ideas rather than simply being told what to post Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Comfortable interacting with customers both online and in person Marketing, social media, content creation, or retail experience is preferred.

Daytime/in-store hours Applicants should have consistent availability during these days.
