We're looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Leasing Associate to join our growing team! In this role, you'll be responsible for marketing our apartment communities, generating leads, conducting property tours, and guiding prospective residents through the leasing process. If you're energetic, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Greet and assist prospective and current residents with professionalism and enthusiasm. Conduct apartment and community tours that showcase the property's features and amenities. Respond promptly to phone, email, and online leasing inquiries. Convert leads into leases while providing exceptional customer service. Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documentation is completed accurately. Follow up with prospects to maximize occupancy. Assist with resident retention through excellent customer service and relationship building. Maintain knowledge of market trends and competitor communities. Support marketing initiatives, including social media, outreach marketing, resident events, and community promotions. Help maintain an attractive and welcoming leasing office and model apartments. Work collaboratively with the maintenance and management teams to ensure an exceptional resident experience. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail experience required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable using computers and learning property management software. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

REQUIRED.
