This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career and looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, customer engagement, and account support. As a Marketing Associate, you'll work directly with customers to assist the marketing campaigns of AT&T Fiber services, help them understand available options, and support their overall experience. Our team provides full training, so no prior experience is required. Responsibilities of the Marketing Associate Assist with marketing and promotional campaigns for AT&T Fiber Engage with customers to explain services and identify their needs Support customer accounts and provide basic account guidance Help promote service upgrades based on customer usage (streaming, gaming, remote work, etc.) Maintain accurate records of customer interactions Collaborate with team members to improve campaign performance and outreach Qualifications of the Marketing Associate High school diploma or GED preferred.
