Non-Exempt Position Summary The Marketing Associate supports the development and execution of Anew Solutions' marketing, social media, communications, and brand initiatives. This position assists with creating content, maintaining social media channels, producing photo and video content, supporting digital marketing efforts, coordinating marketing materials, and helping promote Anew Solutions' services and brand. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines. This position is well suited for an individual looking to build marketing experience while contributing ideas and taking ownership of day-to-day marketing activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Social Media & Content Assist with managing Company social media accounts, including LinkedIn and other applicable platforms. Create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content that supports the Company's brand and business objectives. Maintain a social media and content calendar to ensure consistent communication. Assist with creating written, visual, and video content for social media, marketing campaigns, recruiting initiatives, and Company communications. Capture and edit photos and video of Company events, employees, vehicles, and operations for use across marketing and social channels. Produce and edit short-form and long-form video content, including filming, editing, and final delivery. Monitor social media activity and engagement and identify opportunities to increase brand awareness. Ensure social media content and communications maintain a professional and consistent Company voice. Marketing & Brand Support Assist with the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Create and update marketing materials, presentations, flyers, brochures, graphics, and other promotional content. Help maintain consistent Company branding across marketing materials and communication channels. Assist with website content updates and help ensure information remains accurate and current. Coordinate ordering and inventory of promotional materials, branded merchandise, signage, and other marketing items. Assist with customer-facing and internal marketing initiatives as needed. Support employer branding and recruiting marketing efforts in coordination with Human Resources. Proofread and review marketing materials for accuracy, grammar, consistency, and brand standards. Digital Marketing Assist with email marketing campaigns and other digital communications. Support website and digital content updates. Monitor marketing and social media performance metrics, including engagement, reach, website activity, and campaign results. Assist with preparing marketing reports and identifying trends or opportunities for improvement. Research industry trends, competitors, customers, and emerging marketing opportunities. Stay informed of social media and digital marketing trends and recommend new ideas when appropriate. Events & General Marketing Support Assist with planning and coordinating Company events, community activities, trade shows, recruiting events, and other promotional opportunities. Help prepare marketing materials and promotional items for events. Coordinate with employees and departments to gather information, photos, updates, and other content. Support special projects and marketing initiatives based on business needs. Maintain organized marketing files, digital assets, photos, templates, and other resources. Work collaboratively with leadership and other departments to support Company goals. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

High school diploma or equivalent. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines. Comfortable using social media platforms in a professional environment. Basic knowledge of marketing, social media, content creation, or digital communications. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar business applications. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with others. Professional judgment when creating or publishing content representing the Company. Willingness to learn new software platforms, marketing technology, and processes as the role progresses.

Preferred:

Associate or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field. Previous marketing, social media, communications, internship, or related experience. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms. Experience creating and editing photo and video content. Videography and video production experience, including filming, lighting, and audio capture. Video editing experience; DaVinci Resolve preferred (or Adobe Premiere Pro). Training is available for candidates willing to learn. Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools. Experience with email marketing, website content management, or digital marketing platforms.
