A growing healthcare organization is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support company-wide marketing and sales initiatives across multiple locations. This is a hands-on role for someone who can take projects from idea to execution , manage details, coordinate with teams and vendors, and ensure deadlines are met.

Salary:

$60,000-$80,000

DOE Responsibilities:

Coordinate marketing and sales projects from start to finish Develop timelines, rollout plans, and next steps Coordinate with internal teams, leadership, and vendors Manage ordering, deliveries, and project logistics Follow up to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Requirements:

Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong communication and follow-up skills Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently Strong project coordination and problem-solving skills Willingness and ability to travel as needed
