What You'll Do:

As our Marketing Associate, you'll work closely with our Director of Marketing and team of agents to bring our properties and brand to life. You'll coordinate professional photography and video shoots, create compelling property descriptions, social media content, graphics, videos, and reels, and help manage the marketing process from listing launch through open houses. You'll monitor online exposure and campaign performance, respond to agent and client needs, and ensure marketing materials are delivered accurately and on time. Your creativity, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit will help strengthen our brand, showcase our properties, and deliver an exceptional experience for our clients.

Property Marketing:

Manage the entire marketing lifecycle of our property listings, from listing preparation through open house coordination.

Content Creation:

Develop compelling property descriptions, blog posts, social media content, videos, and other marketing materials that highlight our unique selling points and showcase our team of agents.

Graphic Design:

Create visually engaging graphics and marketing materials that align with our brand and effectively showcase our properties, agents, and services.

Visual Storytelling:

Coordinate professional photography and video shoots to capture the essence of our properties and create captivating visual content.

Social Media Management:

Maintain and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms, ensuring a consistent brand voice and engaging with our audience.

Performance Tracking:

Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide insights to optimize our strategies and achieve better results.

Agent Support:

Collaborate closely with our listing and buyer agents to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of marketing materials prior to listings going live and open houses.

Client Relations:

Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service and addressing their marketing needs.

Events:

Assist with planning, coordinating, promoting, and executing team events.

What You Bring:

Proven Experience:

Demonstrated success in managing brand and business accounts and creating impactful social media content that drives measurable results.

Creative Flair:

Strong visual design skills and a knack for crafting compelling copy that resonates with our target audience.

Technical Proficiency:

Experience with photography, video editing, graphic design, and social media management tools, including but not limited to Canva, Meta Business Suite, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite, Edits, and CapCut.

Communication Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with agents, clients, and internal teams.

Initiative:

A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving, with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to changing priorities.

Bonus Points:

Website Design:

Familiarity with WordPress is a plus.

Photography Experience:

Experience with professional or real estate photography is a plus.

Real Estate License or Experience:

Familiarity with the real estate industry and relevant regulations is a plus.
