Job Description
Responsibilities Assist with design projects by sourcing materials, preparing presentations, organizing samples, and conducting site visits and measurements. Manage marketing efforts including social media content creation, email campaigns, website updates, and promotional materials to showcase our work and attract new clients. Prepare, review, and submit bids, proposals, and contracts while coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Maintain organized project documentation, schedules, and communication to support seamless workflow across design, marketing, and business operations. Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure all creative, administrative, and marketing efforts align with company goals and brand identity. Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is a plus. Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Background or education in Interior Design, Marketing, Business, or related field required.
