Job Description
We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and engaging Live Streaming Associate to support product presentations and customer interaction across Whatnot and TikTok Live platforms. In this role, you will present products, interact with viewers, answer customer questions, and help create an entertaining and informative shopping experience. You will work closely with our e-commerce team to improve live-stream performance, increase customer engagement, and drive sales. About Us We are a growing e-commerce company specializing in a variety of consumer products, including: Fashion Sunglasses Premium Pet Treats and Pet Care Products Children's Toys and Educational Products Our team operates across multiple digital sales channels and is committed to providing quality products, exceptional customer service, and an enjoyable online shopping experience. Responsibilities Host or assist with live streaming sessions on TikTok and Whatnot. Present and demonstrate products in an engaging and professional manner. Interact with viewers, answer questions, and build customer relationships. Highlight product features, benefits, promotions, and special offers. Assist in preparing products and displays before live sessions. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to improve stream performance. Monitor audience engagement and provide feedback on customer interests and trends. Support content creation for social media when needed. Qualifications Comfortable speaking on camera and engaging with live audiences. Strong communication and presentation skills. Previous experience in live streaming, retail sales, customer service, or social media is preferred but not required. Interest in fashion accessories, pet products, and children's products is a plus. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of TikTok Live, Whatnot, or other live-selling platforms is preferred. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in live streaming, retail sales, customer service, or social media is preferred.
