Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Assist with order processing and manage customer accounts using computerized systems. Perform proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy in customer communications. Support administrative functions Handle billing inquiries and assist with QuickBooks as necessary. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction Requirements Proven experience in customer service or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with front desk operations and administrative tasks. Proficiency in using computerized systems and software, including Shopify and QuickBooks. Strong proofreading skills to ensure high-quality communication. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer support.
