Part-Time Marketing Assistant Pure Energy Group | Oregon Part-Time | 12-18 hours per week | Approximately 3-4 days per week Social Media & Content

• Assist with planning and scheduling social media content
• Help create content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Capture photos and videos at job sites, company events, and community activities
• Assist with short-form video and social media content
• Help organize and maintain our library of photos, videos, graphics, and other marketing assets
• Assist with customer stories, project spotlights, and team content Website & Marketing Support
• Assist with email marketing and newsletters
• Maintain marketing calendars and content schedules
• Help organize marketing projects and deadlines
• Assist with SEO and website content updates
• Coordinate print materials, promotional items, and marketing orders
• Maintain promotional inventory and marketing supplies
• Provide general administrative support to the marketing department Events & Community Engagement
• Assist with home shows, community events, sponsorships, and local activities
• Help prepare and organize booth materials and promotional items
• Coordinate event logistics and staff schedules
• Assist with giveaways and promotional materials
• Help track leads and follow up on event-related marketing activities
• Support Pure Energy Group's involvement with local organizations and community initiatives Job Site & Field Support
• Visit solar installation sites to capture photos and video
• Help document completed projects and installations
• Capture behind-the-scenes content featuring our team
• Assist with customer testimonials and project interviews
• Travel throughout our service area for content, events, meetings, and other marketing needs Experience
• Previous marketing, social media, communications, or content experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation
• Comfortable taking photos and videos with a phone or camera
• Basic graphic design, photography, or video editing experience is a plus
• Comfortable learning new software and marketing tools
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable representing Pure Energy Group at community events and in the field
• Comfortable driving to job sites, events, meetings, and other locations throughout our service area Schedule Some flexibility in scheduling will be expected, particularly around home shows, community events, job-site visits, and other marketing activities.

The schedule may vary from week to week based on upcoming projects and events.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
