Scott Happy Valley, Gresham & Sandy. As the MSR, you'll play a key role in supporting the marketing efforts of our brokers while also serving as a critical administrative resource for the office. Working closely with the Office Leader, you'll help brokers grow their businesses through professional marketing support, social media engagement, technology assistance, and exceptional customer service. This is a highly visible position that combines creativity, problem-solving, administrative support, and relationship building. What You'll Do Partner with brokers to create professional marketing materials, including flyers, postcards, listing presentations, social media content, email campaigns, and other promotional materials. Support office and broker marketing initiatives by maintaining social media channels and helping promote office events, accomplishments, and community involvement. Assist brokers with branding, marketing strategy, and the effective use of company marketing tools and resources. Serve as a front-line resource for brokers, clients, and visitors by providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming office environment. Provide administrative support to brokers and the Office Leader, including data entry, reporting, scheduling, meeting coordination, and office communications. Help troubleshoot technology, software, and equipment issues, collaborating with IT and other departments as needed to resolve problems efficiently. Support brokers in navigating company systems such as SkySlope, MyDesk, CRM platforms, marketing tools, and other office technology resources. Coordinate with brokers and internal departments to ensure listing and transaction information is submitted accurately and in a timely manner. Assist with billing, commission processing support, reporting, records management, and other administrative functions. Help maintain a professional, organized, and well-equipped office environment. Contribute to special projects, office initiatives, and company programs as assigned. What You Bring A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine desire to help others succeed. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Experience creating marketing materials, social media content, email communications, and promotional campaigns. Knowledge of Canva, social media platforms, digital marketing tools, and basic graphic design principles. Ability to learn new technologies quickly and confidently assist others with software and systems. Strong administrative skills, including data entry, record management, reporting, scheduling, and office coordination. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general business technology. Qualifications College degree or equivalent work experience preferred. Two years or more of marketing support Experience supporting marketing initiatives, social media management, or content creation. Strong administrative and organizational experience. Canva experience strongly preferred. Familiarity with email marketing platforms, social media scheduling tools, and digital marketing best practices is a plus. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills. PC/MAC proficiency and strong technology aptitude. Real estate experience helpful, but not required.
