About This Opportunity Entry-Level Administrative/Marketing Assistant | Flexible Hours | 10-15 hours per week | In-person Main Line Counseling Partners is a small, family-owned group psychotherapy practice in Bryn Mawr. We are looking for a bright, organized, and proactive Administrative Assistant to help us keep our practice running smoothly behind the scenes. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student, recent graduate, or early-career professional who is interested in learning how a small business operates. The position includes a mix of office administration, marketing and SEO support, website maintenance, HR organization, and systems development. You do not need to come in knowing how to do everything. We are looking for someone who is comfortable learning new systems, asking questions, and gradually taking greater ownership of their responsibilities. The ideal candidate has a warm professional communication style and is passionate about teamwork. What You'll Do Responsibilities will include: Help manage day-to-day office operations, organization, tidying and supply management Support clinicians with routine office needs Assist with scheduling, meeting preparation, meeting notes, and administrative follow-up Help maintain and update our WordPress website Track basic SEO and website analytics using established systems Assist with marketing projects Coordinate with vendors, contractors, landlords, and outside partners as needed Help maintain employee records, agreements, and administrative deadlines Set up accounts and systems for new employees Help document and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Look for opportunities to make routine office processes more organized and efficient Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Highly organized and attentive to detail Reliable and able to follow through on commitments Comfortable interacting with people of diverse backgrounds and personalities Sensitive to individuals with mental health needs Comfortable working independently once you've been trained A strong written communicator Curious and willing to ask questions when you don't know something Comfortable learning new technology and software Interested in small-business operations, marketing, HR, or entrepreneurship Someone who notices what needs to be done rather than always waiting to be asked Collaborative, warm, and professional Experience with WordPress, SEO, marketing, or administrative work is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person. Waiting rooms and common spaces are tidy and welcoming, routine tasks are completed consistently, systems stay up to date, and the team has the support they need. Over time, we hope the person in this position will learn our systems well enough to anticipate needs, suggest improvements, and take increasing ownership of the administrative systems they manage. Schedule & Location This is a part-time, in-person position of approximately 10-15 hours per week at our Bryn Mawr office. The hours are extremely flexible as long as changes are communicated in advance. This position reports directly to Laura Silverstein, LCSW, Co-Owner and Clinical Director, and works closely with our practice owners, clinicians, and outside business partners. Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 15.0 per week
