Job Description
Overview We are an e-commerce company (textiles and home goods) seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales/Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic company. The ideal candidate will possess an attention to detail, a great attitude and a willingness to engage with our customers and promote our company. Duties Utilize CRM software to track sales activities Answer customer inquiries and provide quotes via email, phone and live chat Photography and social media content creation Required Experience Fluent English General office computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) Proficient at math Familiar with social media platforms Reliable with high standards and a passion for what they do A good attitude An interest in interior design Some sales experience would be beneficial Photoshop experience preferred This is an excellent opportunity to experience all aspects of a design retail business with scope to grow with the company. Will need references to support their application.
