We're growing, and we need a Marketing & Administrative Associate who's just as passionate about connecting with people as we are about helping them heal. The Role As the first point of contact for Revive Rehab, you'll play a key role in shaping the client experience from the very beginning. Part marketer, part community builder, part patient advocate. You'll grow our reach on social media, build referral relationships around town, make sure every patient who walks through our doors feels welcomed and taken care of, setting the tone for the exceptional care they receive. What You'll Do Marketing & Outreach Assist in posting engaging content daily on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other appropriate social media platforms — posts, reels, carousels, stories, polls Engage with 15-20 potential new patients every day Coordinate monthly community and marketing events Build local partnerships and referral relationships through field marketing Create and distribute marketing materials that build brand awareness Follow up with potential patients promptly across phone, email, CRM messaging, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram DM Administration & Communication Answer calls, texts, and emails promptly and professionally Follow up on missed calls, appointment inquiries, and new leads without letting them go cold (within 24 hours) Handle questions and objections about our clinic and treatment approach with confidence Reach out to patients to confirm appointments, complete intake forms, reschedule, manage cancellations, and book new evaluations Clinic Support Greet patients and lead new patient tours of facility Keep the clinic clean, organized, and fully stocked Maintain handouts, product samples, and marketing materials Support patients using our home exercise app, membership programs, and patient portal communications What You Bring Strong written and verbal communication skills The ability to multitask and stay flexible when priorities shift Experience in digital marketing and/or sales preferred Highly organized with an eye for detail Comfortable with Canva, social media platforms, and email marketing tools Familiarity with CRM or EMR software is a plus Healthcare experience is a bonus, not a requirement Schedule Monday through Friday, with possible weekends to assist workshops 8-hour shifts Why You'll Love It Here A supportive, team-focused culture Real professional growth in marketing, sales, and healthcare Hands-on work that makes a real difference in people's lives Requirements Must be able to reliably commute or relocate to Bluffton, SC before starting Occasional travel required for events

Pay:

$15.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
