School of Business Assistant/Associate Professor of Marketing Management The Benson School of Business at Southern Wesleyan University invites applications for a full-time Assistant or Associate Professor of Marketing Management. The school seeks someone with specializations in Marketing and Business Administration who can teach on-campus undergraduate marketing and management courses. This 9-month position begins in August 2026. Salary and rank are commensurate with experience and credentials. Primary responsibilities include teaching twelve credits per semester (4/4 load), advising and mentoring students academically and spiritually, maintaining an active research/professional development agenda, and serving on university committees. Additional responsibilities include assisting with curriculum development and program assessment and collaborating with the Dean, Admissions, and Marketing to promote Southern Wesleyan to prospective students.

The ideal candidate will have:

A terminal degree in Marketing (or ABD with plan to complete) A Master of Science in Marketing (MSM) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Marketing Concentration Experience in branding, market research, and marketing campaigns A mature faith in Jesus Christ. A firm commitment to the Christian liberal arts tradition and the mission of the university. A robust understanding of the integration of Christian faith and learning and an ability to help students think biblically and theologically about the study of marketing and management. Demonstrated excellence in undergraduate teaching and a dedication to mentoring students from diverse backgrounds. Evidence of a strong research agenda and/or continuing professional development. In addition, the school offers a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership with concentrations in Business Management, Human Resource Management, or Ministry Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Marketing.
