Job Description

WRS Real Estate is a premier, full-service commercial real estate development and investment firm specializing in retail, office, industrial, and residential projects. Since 2001, WRS has developed more than 45 anchored shopping centers and mixed-use developments totaling over 10 million square feet. We are seeking a Creative Marketing Intern to support and grow our digital marketing initiatives while gaining hands-on experience in commercial real estate development, design, and site planning.
Responsibilities:
  • Design marketing materials, property flyers, presentations, and digital content using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Explore and implement AI-powered tools to enhance marketing efficiency and creativity.
  • Assist with development concepts, site plans, and design services, including CADD (preferred but not required).
  • Collaborate with our development and leasing teams to create conceptual layouts and visualizations for prospective projects.
  • Support social media, branding, and other marketing initiatives across the WRS portfolio.
Qualifications:
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Interest in commercial real estate, design, development, and marketing. CADD experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Availability of approximately 15 hours per week.
Pay:
$15.00
  • $16.
00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 per week
