Customer Service Representative at Dot Receptionist Services. Our marketing clients sometimes start marketing and get too busy to do the basic tasks of answering calls, responding to emails, grabbing those online submissions and that is where we come in. Clients forward the phones to us and we do those duties that just aren't enough to warrant a full time employee. We are looking for someone that is friendly, professional and engaging to make a good first impression when it's the companies first touch. This could be a great full time job or a job that can be split for a great part time job.

Duties:

Answer phones, answer emails, answer chats. Quickbooks sending invoices and payment reminders. Coordinating clients with production and sales staff Help out in the digital marketing side of our company with some basic tasks.

Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment
