Marketing Associate General Summary:

Develops and supports marketing initiatives that build brand awareness and support business objectives.

Established Aquaculture Company with loyal customer base. Based in Ogden, Utah, USA. Manufactures and supplies quality feed to fish and shrimp hatcheries around the world.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains and updates company website content, video links, research information, and analytics, using findings to support marketing improvements.
• Conducts market, industry, competitor, trend, and customer research and prepares market watch reports to support marketing decisions.
• Supports business development and market expansion by creating sell sheets and digital marketing content.
• Creates and updates product labels and packaging materials and coordinates print-ready files and requirements with internal departments.
• Supports the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and digital marketing initiatives.
• Develops marketing and promotional materials, including brochures, product labels, graphics, presentations, photos, videos, and other branded content.
• Supports promotional events, trade shows, and marketing activities by preparing materials and coordinating communications.
• Maintains the social media content calendar and creates videos, graphics, posts, polls, and other digital content.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to align marketing materials, product information, branding, and business objectives.
• Maintains marketing-related SharePoint content and shared marketing resources.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, project coordination, and time-management skills.
• Ability to develop clear, accurate, and consistent marketing content and promotional materials, including graphics, photos, videos, brochures, labels, and presentations.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, branding, campaign management, website content, and digital communication tools.
• Competent with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to conduct marketing and competitive research and basic marketing analytics.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage multiple marketing projects and priorities.
• Typically requires 1-4 years of related marketing, communications, advertising, or similar experience.
