This role will focus on optimizing HubSpot for marketing and sales efforts, supporting campaign execution, and strengthening social media operations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with automation tools, B2B marketing programs, and data-driven outreach that improves engagement and results.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain sales outreach sequences in HubSpot to support lead engagement and follow-up efforts. Provide ongoing HubSpot support by resolving platform issues, refining system usage, and assisting with day-to-day operational needs. Design, update, and monitor automated workflows that improve campaign efficiency and support marketing objectives. Oversee the social media calendar by planning timely content that reflects active campaigns and brand priorities. Write, edit, and publish social posts across relevant channels while maintaining consistency in tone and messaging. Measure social media performance and prepare insights on engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness. Contribute to the rollout of a sales sequencing initiative by coordinating execution within HubSpot. Partner with internal stakeholders to tailor outreach content and strengthen the impact of sales communication programs. Demonstrated experience working with HubSpot, including automation features, workflows, and sequence management. Strong background in B2B marketing with the ability to support both marketing and sales-focused campaigns. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and digital campaign execution. Ability to analyze campaign and social media performance data and translate findings into actionable improvements. Proven writing and editing skills for email, outreach, and social media content. Experience supporting email campaigns and lead engagement initiatives within a marketing technology environment. Background in interior design, furnishings, home décor, or a related industry is strongly preferred. Familiarity with marketing to sales and design-oriented audiences is an advantage.
