Job Summary We are seeking a skilled, proactive Webmaster to join our in-office digital content team. This role combines website management and improvement with AI-assisted copywriting and coordination of website content, social media campaigns, and conversion funnels. You will use company-provided AI prompts and editorial guidance to create and refine website content, develop landing pages, and help turn online interest into consultation inquiries. Content creation and marketing coordination are core responsibilities alongside website maintenance. We use managed hosting services through AWS and GoDaddy and have an existing IT specialist. You will coordinate with these resources rather than independently manage servers or office IT infrastructure. Responsibilities Manage and update our websites, including page layouts, navigation, content, images, videos, and routine content management system updates. Write, edit, optimize, and publish website pages and articles using company-provided AI prompts and source materials. Review drafts for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency, obtaining clinical approval before publishing medical content. Work closely with the social media and digital content team to connect videos, podcasts, and campaigns with relevant website articles, landing pages, consultation forms, and clear calls to action. Build and improve landing pages and conversion funnels that guide visitors from social media or search to relevant information and consultation inquiries. Apply search engine optimization (SEO) practices to page titles, descriptions, headings, internal links, images, and website content. Monitor website traffic, search visibility, and funnel performance, using findings to recommend and implement improvements. Troubleshoot website issues and regularly check page speed, mobile usability, links, and forms. Coordinate with AWS and GoDaddy managed hosting support to resolve hosting issues and fully utilize available maintenance, backup, security, and performance services. Occasionally provide basic on-site assistance to our remote IT specialist, such as checking connections, connecting equipment, or restarting devices under their direction. IT administration remains the specialist's responsibility. Qualifications Proven experience managing and maintaining websites through a content management system, with examples of your work. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and practical website troubleshooting. Familiarity with JavaScript is a plus. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to turn AI-generated drafts into polished, accurate, audience-appropriate content rather than publishing them without review. Experience with SEO, website analytics, landing pages, and conversion funnels. Ability to coordinate website content with social media campaigns and collaborate effectively with content creators and marketing colleagues. Familiarity with managed hosting platforms and the ability to work effectively with hosting support teams. Experience with AWS or GoDaddy is helpful; advanced server administration is not required. Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and respect for company privacy and content approval procedures. Availability to work full-time in our Manhattan Beach office.
