LP Job Summary:
This role is responsible for overseeing the operational strategy and execution of customer ratings and reviews programs across multiple product lines. You will drive initiatives to maximize review capture, enhance display strategies, and ensure program readiness for key business seasons. The position requires meticulous attention to detail, cross-functional leadership, and a strong technical aptitude for managing workflows and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies for collecting customer ratings and reviews. Manage the end-to-end operational plan for review programs across various products. Lead seasonal readiness for review content and functionality across web properties. Oversee technical workflows, including ticket management and QA for engineering changes. Serve as the primary liaison for vendor and partner relationships for review platforms.
Must-Have Skills:
Proven experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects. Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira. Experience managing technical workflows and quality assurance processes.

Experience in digital marketing operations or program management within the financial technology or consumer software industry is highly preferred.
