HIRING IMMEDIATELY HIRS

Sausage Market is looking for an experienced, hands-on manager to oversee the daily operation of our European specialty meat market. This is NOT a sandwich shop or sandwich-making position. We specialize in European sausages, cold cuts, salami, cheeses, smoked meats, and specialty foods. We are looking for someone who already has strong experience working with meat and deli products and can operate the business independently. Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and supervise staff
• Provide excellent customer service and lead the front counter
• Operate commercial meat, cheese, and bread slicers
• Accurately slice, weigh, price, package, and label products
• Manage inventory, ordering, receiving, and product rotation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked market
• Open and close the store independently
• Handle POS/cash register responsibilities
• Assist with back-of-house production and operate heavier equipment when needed
• Handle daily operational issues and make decisions independently
• Report directly to the owner Requirements
• Previous meat market, butcher shop, European deli, or specialty food market experience required
• Must already be experienced with commercial meat and cheese slicers
• Must understand weights, measurements, pricing, and product handling
• Inventory management experience required
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred
• Excellent customer-service and communication skills
• Reliable, responsible, organized, and able to work independently
• Able to lift and move boxes weighing approximately 40 lbs
• Comfortable performing physical work and assisting in all areas of the market Schedule Wednesday -
