Applications Close November 7th Role & Responsibilities Lead and oversee all marketing operations, providing direction and mentorship to the Marketing Coordinator(s). Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that align with company objectives and brand standards. Innovator in new ideas, technologies and platforms to keep Marmer relevant Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external communications, ensuring quality and alignment with company identity. Manage social media strategy, digital presence, and content planning to enhance engagement and reach. Create and oversee internal communication campaigns that promote employee engagement, company culture, and key initiatives. Plan, execute, and evaluate external marketing campaigns that strengthen the company's market position and support business development. Represent Marmer Construction in the community through sponsorships, events, and partnerships that enhance visibility and goodwill. Collaborate with leadership to align marketing priorities with recruitment, client relations, and company growth objectives. Oversee the creation of marketing materials, advertisements, and branded assets in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors. Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics to assess effectiveness and guide strategic decisions. Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and serve as the final approver for all public-facing marketing content. Stay current with industry trends, marketing tools, and construction market opportunities to continuously improve outreach and impact. Qualifications & Education Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field required. 5+ years of progressive marketing experience. Proven success in developing and managing marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and develop a creative team. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. Experience in brand management, community engagement, and public relations. Proficiency with design and marketing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CRM or analytics platforms). Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to execution and team collaboration. Familiarity with the construction or trades industry strongly preferred. Passion for promoting teamwork, integrity, and community involvement through authentic storytelling. Creative mindset with a passion for documenting company culture, teamwork, and community engagement.
