Job Description
Marketing Director Job Summary Senior Life Insurance Company is seeking an experienced, driven Marketing Director to join our team. This position will lead the Marketing Department, oversee companywide marketing initiatives, and support the growth of Senior Life and its affiliated agencies. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains strong attention to detail, and can effectively manage multiple projects and priorities. Key Responsibilities Lead the Marketing Team in coordinating and organizing video shoots, print designs, digital advertising campaigns, and other marketing projects. Review and approve marketing content to ensure quality, accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance with company standards. Serve as an essential member of the planning and execution team for the company's annual leadership conference. Develop strategies to grow the company's presence and engagement across multiple social media platforms. Identify, test, and evaluate new marketing strategies and opportunities. Stay informed about current marketing trends, technologies, platforms, and best practices. Collaborate with company Partners and Regional Vice Presidents to help build and grow their agencies across multiple platforms. Attend leadership meetings and company events to capture and develop content, including podcasts, photography, video, and other media. Manage multiple projects while ensuring deadlines and company objectives are met. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications and Skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong leadership, organization, and project-management abilities. Ability to accept constructive feedback and apply it to improve content, designs, and overall project quality. Demonstrated history of punctuality, dependability, and professionalism. Strong attention to detail and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to follow direction and learn new processes quickly. Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability when completing assignments. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform duties such as loading and unloading equipment or materials. Additional Requirements Some travel is required. Must possess a current and valid driver's license with an insurable driving history. Employment may be subject to successfully completing a background check and drug screening.
