This is a full-time, on-site position in Mount Prospect, Illinois . Interviews may be recorded and evaluated for scoring and training purposes as part of our structured hiring process. This is a senior leadership role. We are not hiring a social media manager or content specialist. About Eclipsyum Eclipsyum supports multiple growing U.S. companies across roofing, insulation, HVAC, remodeling, logistics, and consumer products. We are looking for a Director of Performance Marketing & Growth who can lead marketing across multiple brands, manage a team of specialists, improve lead generation, and connect marketing activity directly to appointments, sales, and revenue. This person will work directly with company leadership to build a measurable marketing system. What You'll Do Lead marketing strategy across multiple brands and business units Manage specialists across paid media, SEO, content, CRM, web, and creative Build marketing plans, budgets, KPIs, and reporting systems Improve qualified lead generation and reduce wasted spend Track performance from: Marketing Source → Lead → Appointment → Estimate → Sale → Revenue Align marketing with sales, customer service, and operations Manage agencies, vendors, and team accountability Use AI and automation to improve reporting, workflows, and decision-making Help build Eclipsyum into a future external marketing agency What We're Looking For 10+ years of marketing experience preferred 5+ years in a senior marketing leadership role Experience managing multiple brands, locations, business units, or client accounts Strong knowledge of: Google Ads Meta Ads SEO Email marketing CRM systems Marketing automation Lead generation Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring performance
Understanding of:
CPL Cost per appointment CAC Conversion rates ROAS Revenue attribution Experience leading teams, agencies, and vendors Comfortable challenging ideas using data and business results
Strong Preference For Candidates With Experience In:
