full-time Marketing Manager Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts | New Orleans, LA $85,000-$95,000 annually About the Opportunity Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across our diverse portfolio of restaurant and bar brands throughout the New Orleans area. This is a hands-on leadership role for a marketing professional who can lead execution across multiple channels-strengthening individual restaurant and bar brands, supporting local marketing efforts, overseeing creative and print production, and partnering directly with our operations teams. The Marketing Manager will oversee the day-to-day Marketing function and lead a team responsible for bringing our brands to life across digital, social, print, promotional, and in-location channels. What You'll Do Execute and manage company-wide and concept-specific marketing plans, campaigns, and calendars. Lead integrated marketing efforts across digital advertising, social media, email, websites, print production, promotions, and in-restaurant and bar channels. Partner with restaurant and bar leaders to develop and execute local marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, drive guest traffic, and support sales. Oversee photography, video, graphic, written, and promotional content while maintaining the unique identity and brand standards of each concept. Lead marketing support for menu launches, restaurant and bar openings, special events, seasonal promotions, milestones, and other key business initiatives. Manage internal communications, including company newsletters, announcements, campaigns, and other employee communication channels. Build and maintain relationships with influencers, media contacts, community organizations, tourism partners, and other external partners. Monitor campaign performance, guest sentiment, competitor activity, and hospitality industry trends to identify opportunities and optimize marketing efforts. Manage marketing projects, vendors, agencies, budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Collaborate with company leadership and cross-functional departments to coordinate marketing support for company priorities and initiatives. Lead and develop Marketing team members by establishing priorities, assigning projects, providing direction and feedback, and ensuring departmental goals and deadlines are achieved. Maintain an active presence in our restaurant and bar locations to identify marketing opportunities, gather content, support activations, and stay connected to operations and the guest experience. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Hospitality, or a related field; or 3-5 years of related marketing experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Marketing agency experience strongly preferred, particularly experience managing multiple brands, clients, campaigns, or accounts simultaneously. Experience managing multiple marketing channels, campaigns, projects, and competing priorities. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content, branding, and marketing analytics. Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills. Demonstrated ability to lead people and collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners. Ability to balance creativity with business priorities and measurable results. Restaurant, bar, hospitality, tourism, or multi-location marketing experience is a plus. Knowledge of the New Orleans hospitality market is a plus. Why Creole Cuisine? At Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts, Marketing supports a diverse portfolio of restaurant and bar brands, each with its own identity, audience, and guest experience. We're looking for a leader who enjoys being close to the business-someone who can collaborate with restaurant and bar teams, strengthen our brands, turn plans into action, and help drive meaningful results across our portfolio.
