It creates experiences, it builds relationships, it drives sales and it leaves a lasting impact. We're looking for a Marketing Director at Chick-fil-A Hanover who wants to do exactly that. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen our restaurant's brand, increase sales, and build meaningful relationships throughout our local community. You'll lead and execute: Marketing plans Social media campaigns In-restaurant events and experiences Signage and promotional initiatives Community outreach Catering initiatives Local partnerships and relationship building This isn't your typical marketing role, you won't be sitting behind a computer all day. Maintain consistent brand standards across marketing materials, campaigns, promotions, and restaurant signage. Monitor marketing performance and recommend improvements to increase guest engagement and business results.
