This is a key leadership position within Supreme. We are looking for someone who knows how to recruit, train, motivate, and manage a high-performing canvassing team. This position is built for someone who thrives in a competitive environment, loves developing people, and wants their compensation and advancement opportunities tied to results. Responsibilities Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new canvassers Manage and oversee the field marketing/canvassing team Monday through Saturday Train new and existing team members on effective door-to-door techniques Develop canvassers' communication, lead-generation, and appointment-setting skills Set expectations and hold team members accountable for production Track individual and team performance Provide ongoing coaching, field training, and mentorship Create a competitive, positive, and high-energy team culture Coordinate with Supreme's sales and management teams to ensure leads are handled properly Maintain accurate activity and lead records through the company's CRM Help identify new territories and opportunities for team growth What We're Looking For Proven experience recruiting and managing a field canvassing or door-to-door sales team Strong leadership and motivational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Competitive and results-driven mentality Ability to train, coach, and develop new talent Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple people and priorities simultaneously Experience using CRM software Roofing, home improvement, solar, pest control, or other door-to-door sales experience is a major plus Compensation & Benefits $70,000-$110,000+ annual earning potential Compensation will be based on experience and performance.
