Social Media and Brand Manager

Job Description

Jett Management for Trusted Tire & Auto Social Media & Brand Manager Who We Are At Jett Management, every day is anything but typical. Our brands span everything from automotive service to food brand start-ups to hospitality concepts that foster community. What ties it all together is our focus on growth, people, and progress. We strive to support our businesses through Recognizably Different service. Around here, ideas move fast, teamwork is real, and unnecessary red tape does not stand a chance. We value grit, curiosity, sound judgment, action, and follow-through. We solve problems, build better systems, and celebrate wins along the way. The Role The Social Media & Content Manager is responsible for the day-to-day creative execution of Jett Management's marketing efforts across its brands. This position turns approved marketing strategy, campaign priorities, and company initiatives into effective social media content, photography, video, graphics, digital communications, and other branded materials. The Social Media & Content Manager is expected to bring creativity, initiative, and ideas to the department while operating within the strategy, priorities, budgets, brand standards, and timelines established by the Marketing Director. This is a hands-on creative and execution-focused position. Strong performance requires consistent organization, responsiveness, attention to detail, follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines without losing quality or accountability. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Social Media & Content Create, schedule, and maintain social media content across assigned company brands. Develop photography, video, graphics, written content, and short-form digital media. Maintain an active content schedule consistent with established marketing priorities. Monitor social channels for engagement, trends, content opportunities, and issues requiring escalation. Support email, text, website, recruiting, internal communication, and other digital content as assigned. Creative & Brand Execution Produce professional marketing materials consistent with approved brand standards. Maintain proper use of company logos, colors, fonts, imagery, messaging, and templates. Create materials for promotions, campaigns, events, sponsorships, recruiting, new locations, and company initiatives. Complete revisions and requested changes accurately and within established timelines. Coordinate production with approved printers, designers, photographers, or other vendors when assigned. Location & Campaign Support Work with company locations to gather photos, video, employee stories, promotional information, and other content. Travel to company locations and events as needed to capture content and support marketing initiatives. Execute assigned portions of campaigns according to the direction, deadlines, and priorities established by the Marketing Director. Communicate delays, missing information, conflicting priorities, or other barriers before they affect established deadlines. General Expectations Manage multiple assignments without losing deadlines, quality, or follow-through. Communicate clearly regarding progress, questions, priorities, and obstacles. Accept direction and feedback professionally and make revisions when required. Exercise sound judgment when representing the company publicly. Protect confidential company, employee, and business information. Work collaboratively with Marketing, Human Resources, Operations, leadership, and other departments while maintaining appropriate reporting channels. Demonstrate the company's core values and professional standards. Qualifications & Competencies Experience in social media, marketing, communications, graphic design, photography, videography, or a related field preferred. Strong writing, visual communication, and creative-content skills. Experience with Canva, Adobe products, or comparable creative tools. Working knowledge of major social media platforms and content-management practices. Strong organization, prioritization, time-management, and communication skills. Ability to manage content for multiple brands while maintaining distinct brand identities. Ability to work independently within established direction, deadlines, and approval requirements. Valid driver's license and ability to travel periodically to company locations and events Travel & Work Environment This position requires regular work in the office as well as periodic travel to company locations, events, meetings, openings, and other business activities. Travel may include day trips and occasional overnight travel depending on business needs. Because successful content creation requires access to company operations, employees, customers, events, and locations, the Social Media & Content Manager is expected to spend appropriate time in the field gathering original content rather than performing the role exclusively from a desk. The position may occasionally require work outside normal business hours when company events, significant openings, campaigns, or other time-sensitive marketing activity requires coverage. Physical Requirements This position may require the employee to sit, stand, walk, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, push, pull, lift, talk, and hear, with or without reasonable accommodation. The position requires regular use of a computer and other office equipment. Periodic travel to company locations, meetings, training sessions, project sites, or vendor locations may be required. Employees entering operational or construction environments are expected to follow all applicable safety requirements and wear required personal protective equipment. Jett Management cares about the health and safety of its employees. All employees are expected to follow established safety procedures, report identified hazards or concerns, and perform their duties in a manner that minimizes the risk of injury to themselves and others.
