We are currently looking for a talented, creative, and highly motivated Director of Marketing, Social and Digital Media to lead our marketing efforts and help take our brand to the next level. This is a hands-on creative leadership role for someone who loves turning ideas into engaging content and campaigns—from concept to finished product. What You'll Do Own and grow our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok presence Create compelling photo, video, and graphic content Plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging short-form video Manage digital advertising campaigns and analyze performance Maintain a consistent and exciting brand voice and visual identity Collaborate with leadership to develop new marketing ideas and promotions Track results, identify opportunities, and continuously improve campaigns Must-Haves Strong design skills and a great creative eye Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Video editing skills and confidence creating short-form content Experience with email and SMS marketing campaigns Strong copywriting skills Knowledge of digital advertising and paid social Highly organized, self-driven, and dependable Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines A creative problem-solver who takes initiative and gets things done Salary based on experience
