The Marketing Director will oversee a small staff and be responsible for and coordinate a variety of tasks including, but not limited to: brainstorming campaigns, creating/ordering/designing branded merchandise, in-store signage, creating social media posts and videos, producing eye-catching product photography and printing and distribution of promotional materials. Also will coordinate partnerships with local media outlets, arts/non-profit organizations and artists. Qualified candidates should possess the following:
- Strong communication skills
- Artistic with a great eye for photography and graphic design
- Proficiency with Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
- Driver's license and transportation
- Attention to detail
- Excellent proofreading, time management skills
- Experience in food industry a plus Must have driver's license
